    Ugh...month over half way done and I'm not even at half way on my goal...time to step it up a notch!! Wish there was a way to measure weight training in miles :wink:

    I've put in 19 miles since my last update, so am about to adjust my signature to reflect that. Since my last log-in, I've run 9 miles, hiked another 9 miles, and walked 2 miles. Have to get moving more, now that things are a teeny bit less busy than they have been...

    Walked .8 miles for warmup and cooldown, then ran 3.5 miles with 226 foot elevation gain, and lots of leaf-covered rocky trails. Even with a few walk breaks, I'm surprised I had an overall pace of just over 65mph, so my running must've been at close to my racing speed. No wonder I felt so crappy! :laugh:
