I would also like to join the November challenge if there is one, this is something I have been doing just on my own but it would be nice to have a challenge to follow along with.
How does it work exactly, any rules to follow??

Ran another 3.3 miles this evening! I should get over 50 miles this month. Considering the 2 week vacation back home in the States, I am satisfied. Wait until next month though!0

When the November thread gets posted, the first post will have all the info you need to get going. It'll explain that you'll need to state your goal, create a ticker, then get moving! It'll have more detail, but that's basically it.0 -

Did a 10 mile brick workout yesterday evening, a combined bike ride with a run that is.
It's 7 am, I'm off to Mt Parnitha for a hike with another fitness headcase. Here's the planned route:

A slow 2 miles in a Zombie Walk today, which turned into a faster than you'd think zombies could walk, walk when the snow and wind really started to pick up. It was fine while the wind was at our backs...0
