Lisa - Once a writer, always a writer. So glad you're back at it. I'm still holding out, because, once I've started a new book .… I have to finish.

My cupboard has arrived. Super heavy. Won't put it together today.

I saw that just now on the news. Thoughts and prayers sent! California coast is getting hit too, but not as bad yet. ❤️ (hugs, thoughts, and prayers for no damage or deaths).

What about you, Rebecca? Y'all need to worry about the Tsunami warnings?

Everyone be safe, wherever you are!

    Love and Blessings.

Michele ~ Elmo is cute! You asked for opinions on what to do about meals so here is mine: I would give up the pre-cooking every meal which seems to be what you are used to and try preparing meals from scratch. I do freeze leftovers to use again later if I make too many. But, I am like Jess and want my food cooked fresh. Hopefully, it will only be for a time until they find a place to live. My other idea would be that what Jess and Colby eat should be totally up to them. They are adults and should be able to prepare what they want to eat or go out. If they prepare their own meals they should also clean up the mess they make. Hopefully, you will get better replies from people who have been in a similar situation.

Well I tried some new powder that is called Replenza, which is supposed to be good for your guts, muscles etc. It said to mix with cold water. I mixed with cold water, and it just laid all on top and was clumpy. I threw that away and put a scoop in my shaker container, and added a Premier strawberry protein shake with some almond milk. Mixed it and it was utterly awful!😂😂. So not sure if that powder will work for me.

I did buy some granola with the almond milk so will have that every so often so I won't be constipated. Also bought some Dulcifast chews but will only have them every so often as well. Still eating my prunes every morning.
