I'm 5' 4". Before dating my husband I was 118. Many fat and happy years later I've set my goal for 125. From there I'll decide where to go. Good luck to everyone!!!

I am 5'3.5 and my goal right now is 140. Then we will see. I wanted to keep it realistic. 140 is what I was when i first realized i was starting to gain too much. I might go for 130 after i get there....

I want to be between 130 and 135: I plan on building a lot of muscle because I like to be very active. Also, I always favored fit and curvy look from the 80's more than the heroine chic of the 00's. :)

I'm 5'3" and my first goal is to reach 145lbs, which I am close to now with just a couple more pounds to go. My second goal would to reach the healthy BMI range so that will require that I get below 141lbs. My final goal will be 135lbs but I think I can make it beyond that if I continue on the path I'm on now.

I've been losing weight by eating less and moving more. I don't have a strict exercise plan and just make it a point to keep moving especially when watching TV. I also play roller hockey at least once a week.

I'm 5'4" and my goal is 135. I would love it if 130 or 125 were possible, but I have A LOT of muscle mass and I don't think my build would allow me to be 130. We'll see when I get to 140.

I am 5'4 and currently weigh 160. I'd like to be 140, but if nothing, I could stand to lose at least 10lbs. I am also very muscular, so I would say that a lower goal for you would be best. (But that's just me). Maybe set your goal based on BMI instead of weight to make sure you're healthy. Good luck!

I'm 5'3 but I'm shooting for 140. I know I'd love to be 130 but I don't want to set a goal and not achieve it so it's babysteps for me!
