    I take 2 Flintstones Complete every day with no side effects. They were recomended by doctors and John's Hopkins and University of Maryland.

    Are you pregnant? Some women have nausea taking multivitamins when they are pregnant. Also, does your multivitamin contain iron? If so, switch to a brand that has no extra iron in them. If all else fails you can try taking the liquid multivitamins. Some people become nauseated taking medicine in a pill form. Hope that helps you!

    I have the same problem with my prenatal vitamins so my doctor suggested taking them at night before I go to bed with a full glass of water, that way I sleep through the stomach ache. Hope this helps.
