NON Dvd Morning workout help please!

I wake up early for work and would like to get in a workout before hand. I dont want to walk or bike outside at 4 in the morning by myself because its just not a safe decision. So I am looking for a work out plan that doesnt require a DVD. I have 5lb dumbells and plenty of living room space. Any plans would be great!

    I prefer DVD's because they keep me on track, I tend to get more accomplished and it's a set amount of time. I know that if I have a 1 hour DVD, then after that hour I know what muscles I will have worked and plan the rest of my day accordingly. If you really don't want to do a DVD, there are a lot of workouts on Shape magazine's website, Fitness magazine, and probably a lot of other websites too. It all depends on what you really want to work.

    If you have an iPhone there's a free app called Nike training club with great workouts. :)
