You are doing great @chris_in_cal !

    Uneventful is good @kgirlhart .

Thanks @SummerSkier . Sorry you hurt your knee again. It's amazing how little things, like moving 😂, can cause issues. Hopefully you will be able to run pain free soon.

@Teresa502 I'm glad you were able to run this morning. I hope your back is okay.

@angf0679 You may just have to do that all by yourself. Once you get in the habit, it is easier. Maybe give yourself a reward for every run you do in a week. Would that help?

Sounds like you are doing great and learning a lot from your current plan @WarmJellyfish . I hope the moozies aren't too bad!

I ran 6.5 easy miles today. It was very humid. Tomorrow is supposed to be hill repeats. I am kind of dreading them, but the half in November is very hilly, so I know I need to run more hills.

Great running @kgirlhart . Good luck on the hill repeats tomorrow. I actually sort of enjoy them. They make me feel strong.

Sounds like you had a great day @ContraryMaryMary !

Great run @tarun_yadavA . Of course, you have to get Ben & Jerry's if you can. What is your go-to flavor?

Congratulations on your park run @ContraryMaryMary !

I like your chart @angf0679 . Just my opinion, I think to begin with you should give yourself a book after you fill in one line. Once you get more consistent, you can change it to two lines, or maybe the entire card.

    You're doing great @chris_in_cal .

@tarun_yadavA We have twin souls - I love nutty and caramel-y ice cream. Enjoy. I've never heard of Cherry Garcia, but sounds good too.

    Nice wun @quilteryoyo!
    Congrats on the PB @ContraryMaryMary!
Love the fridge magnet @angf0679! Great idea on the reward motivation.
Congrats on the VO2Max increase @chris_in_cal!

My mistake @tarun_yadavA, I assumed Mtrl, enjoy Quebec City, it is beautiful place. I'm hoping to get to Nfld next year as I've never been. I've been talking to a buddy about a race in each province, hoping we can make it work.

Walking down the condo stairs today to head out for my run and my kneecap 'popped'. Pain on every down step after that. Not sure why that happened, but I turned and climbed up instead and it seemed fine.
Then I stretched the leg & knee out several times & it felt better. Kept heading downstairs, gingerly as it was still sore.
Once I was on level ground it seemed fine…….decided I'll just run and see what happens.

Overcast day in the city for a quick run.
Bit of a concern that I had kneecap issues & pain twice in the same week since I normally don't feel much pain due to my nerve numbness. I'll need to watch and see if it recurs.
    Regardless, knee feels normal now.
    …Old man legs..🤷‍♂️...

@John772016 Thanks! It was one of the few things I could find at the Jays Shop when I was there for their back for the to back to back World Series wins. I was hoping for more.

I didn't run today. I slept in and then got busy with my "To Do" list. One of things on that list was blocking Facebook on my computer. (I don't have it on my phone.) My goal is to stay off a week as I am so much more productive when I am not on it and constantly scrolling videos.
