    I ran 10 miles today. It was 75° F at the start and 89°F by the time I finished. It was a good run, but the last mile and half I was really hot and ready to be done.

    I ran 5 miles this morning. The temperature was a nice 53F. Fall is definitely in the air here.

    I ran 6.25 miles today. It was basically the same run as yesterday, but it felt easier. I am jealous of the cool weather y'all are having @quilteryoyo and @Teresa502.

    Went out for a driveway run this morning. It was a real struggle…knew it was going to be when I was having a hard time breathing during the uphill portion of my warm up walk. So, I made it a recovery "run," which in this case means really slow. The two miles I counted as a run was at an average pace of 14:20 min/mile. Avg HR was 115 with a max of 131 bpm.

    After the grass dried, I went out and mowed the part of the lawn that can be seen from the county road and also bush hogged about half an acre…maybe more.
