The final 10 kilos

Hi all, I started my weight loss journey at 136.5 kilos about 3 years ago and have plateaued at 90. My goal from the beginning was to get to 80. For the first time I am incorporating intermittent fasting- it’s day 3! Any tips appreciated!

I have just turned 60 and was diagnosed with MS a month ago so exercise is limited for me some days. I’m in Australia so heading into Spring here 🌼.

    Hey Lisa, I'm in Australia and have MS too :) I'm glad it's coming into Spring, but the heat can sometimes slow me down a bit with exercise.

    Congrats on the weight loss so far! That's great.

    What is your current IF eating schedule? Is it doable for you so far? "Tips" are kind of individual, but with a bit more info, maybe someone can help.
