Do you weigh in your skivvies?

I was just wondering what the best way is to weigh yourself. I weigh myself in my workout clothes in the morning once a week but, my friends who are also losing weight said that they all weigh themselves either in the buff or in their skivvies. I did notice that weighing myself both ways was a 5 pound difference but since I've been weighing myself in my workout clothes all along, I figure I'd better just keep doing that way. Besides, when you go to the doctor, you have to weigh in on the scale fully clothed and I figured this would keep me from having a heart attack thinking that I gained 5 pounds. LOL! Which way is the more accurate weight? Any thoughts?

Just be consistent and it won't matter what you wear or don't wear.0

I weigh myself right when I get out of the shower in the morning. Just when you weigh at the doc's just subtract 5lbs and you'll be good to go!!0

only in my own skin...unless I'm at the dr or the gym.0

I started weighing myself naked before I get in the shower of a morning. If you've always been weighing yourself in your workout clothes, keep doing it. You'll still have a near perfect estimate of how much you've lost.0

i weigh first thing in the morning..after I eliminate.. butt naked. And my doc takes into account my clothing when doing weight..and she always asks if its what I thought..0

Buck naked, after potty.0

I have shirt and underwear on when I weigh. I keep shoes/pants off because that seems to make it go up about 2-3 lbs! I want to know the real deal and I just remind myself when at the doc office that it's a bit higher. Plus every time I go their number gets lower.0

I usually weight myself with my clothes then try to guess how much it'll be without the clothes. ;-)0 -

Nekkid! Every Friday morning before my shower. I ignore the docs scale - it can be 3-5 lbs heavier than mine depending on what I am wearing and what time I weigh.0

i weigh myself in nothing but a hair bobble0

Nude or just with under-roos on after having my morning bathroom break. Make sure you weigh yourself close to the same time of day, too.0

I'm the same! I pee then weigh butt naked0

Wake up.
Yawn.
Stagger half blind to the bathroom.
Drain my weasel
Step bleary eyes onto the scale
Think the 6 is an 8
Swear at the scale
Clear my eyes
See it *is* a 6

I weigh naked, about 20 minutes after I wake up on Monday morning. That way I can't say the clothes added any pounds lol.0

as long as you're consistant with the SAME workout clothes each time, it shouldn't matter.
i weigh myself naked. can't get more consistant than that.0 -
Consistency is key - if you always weigh yourself in the same clothes, then keep with it.
I always weigh myself first thing in the morning, right after I "go" and - with the bathroom door locked of course - in my birthday suit.0 -
In briefs. But after taking a dumpola
