Fall can't come soon enough. I am in AZ hibernating from the heat. But the goal is to get my mountain bike adjusted and get outside in the weeks to come.

Happy Wednesday! I haven't ridden a lot, it is has been busy with charity golf events this last two weeks. I hope to get back on the bike more the next 11 days of August! I am over half way there! So making progress one spin at a time.

1394/2025 miles one. 2 RPM sessions, both at 19 miles. I bought a Yesoul bike for home just to get in extra cardio and it will supplement my gym spin sessions which really challenge me. But pretty soon I want to get my real outdoor bike re-fitting and taken out. Curious to see how far I can go.

1412/2025 miles done. Added yesterday's spin class. So good. In general, been running low on energy since I've been caring for my husband who had back surgery. Doing his chores and dressing him. It's a full time job but it should get better in a couple of months. The worst is over. I have to remember to pop extra B-complex vitamins.
@Mari33a I hope your mom feels better soon. It can zap energy to be going back and forth to the hospital and waiting for updates. Hope life gets better for you too.
