9/18 172.8 This is a number that makes me think that the 160’s are possible. I’m not over thinking it. I’m feeling a lot of body positivity, it’s fitness and whole balanced life that is my goal.

RGW: 128.09/18 - 130.6🏃🏻♀️🚫 Didn’t have a bad day yesterday. Just bouncing back from being a little dehydrated after drinking wine. I’ve been doing a 5-day express strength program on Peloton all week. Daily 20-minute full body progressive overload with dumbbells. They go by quickly but the soreness is starting to add up. It feels good to be more consistent with strength training though. I’ve been substituting at middle schools all week. Middle school starts at 7:30 here 🥱 My sleep has been good but I still find it challenging to wake up at 6. Tomorrow I’m actually subbing in my son’s 1st grade class! It has a later start and I get to see inside his day at school.

Tues spent 4 hours trying to help acclimate new private aid for mom, who then quit and snuck off the job two hours before her end time. We are going out to eat tonight, but I know the restaurant and menu.

🐝🐝🐝🐝09/18-187.8 ❌ (Trend Weight – 185.0) I’m up almost 4 pounds overnight. No TMI x 3, no diuretic for several days due to busy schedule, out to dinner yesterday with son after the salon appointments, mini binge last night after getting the taste of sugar in my mouth. Yeah, all the things. I’m always amazed at how big the overnight number can be, just from the fluid backup alone. No time again today for my medication, too many places to go on Thursdays. I’ll try tomorrow but honestly, it may have to wait until Saturday. At least I'm getting my workouts in at night.

9/18- 167.0 - It seems by deleting the app from my phone and re-installing it/setting it up got it working sufficiently again. We will see how long that lasts. With that said, I'm glad to be down even a little, it sure beats being up! I'm very tired today and this after-lunch-slump is hitting me like a ton of bricks. I'd rather just sleep under said pile of bricks than put the energy into digging myself out of it. Unfortunately I have 3 more hours of work to do and needed a little mental break to check in. Gym for legs this morning. I'm off tomorrow and need to figure out a meal plan so I can get groceries. Also need to take Whiskey for a vet visit to get his weight (I can't pick him up with my shoulder to weigh him at home like I did previously) so we can get the correct heartworm medicine (it's by dogs weight) for October. My next opportunity to take him to the vet is Oct 3rd and all the dogs get their meds on the 1st so we're a tad early, but they can estimate his weight if he's near the transition point. Otherwise, a chill day which I need!5 -

9/19 173.6 To be expected with new low numbers. Food was good yesterday but no workout and not a high energy day.
I’m up and ready for 5:30 boot camp followed by 7:30 work out with my ride or dies.
This weekend has some food traps to navigate. It’s Festival weekend in my village, lots of fair food and cider donuts. Party on the boat to watch the fire works tomorrow. Brunch on Sunday. House full of company.I’ll do my best. I’m motivated to stay on track but also ok with having to do some recon next week to recover.
I’ve got my early morning energy and positivity. Ready to crush this day!

9/19: 141.6. I had a much better day yesterday. Still not perfect, but I showed some control overall. I'm happy it's Friday. My boys are spending the weekend with my mom, so I get some much needed time to relax and organize my life.

9/19 DNW Ugh! LONG night, Carl made a 4 AM trip to the airport dropping off neighbors. Still dizzy but made it to the bathroom on my own. I thought I posted yesterday but I don’t see it.

9/18 - 130.6🏃🏻♀️🚫 Didn’t have a bad day yesterday. Just bouncing back from being a little dehydrated after drinking wine. I’ve been doing a 5-day express strength program on Peloton all week. Daily 20-minute full body progressive overload with dumbbells. They go by quickly but the soreness is starting to add up. It feels good to be more consistent with strength training though. I’ve been substituting at middle schools all week. Middle school starts at 7:30 here 🥱 My sleep has been good but I still find it challenging to wake up at 6. Tomorrow I’m actually subbing in my son’s 1st grade class! It has a later start and I get to see inside his day at school.
9/19 - 130.2 🏃🏻♀️ Drank wine and ate cake with my neighbor last night 🤦🏻♀️ Subbing in my son’s class was a blast! However, it showed me that he needs some reading remediation at home. He was completely unplugged during that portion of class. Sad to see it but glad to be aware of it now. His teacher has told me nothing.
