Welcome to the October Weight Loss everyone! I'm glad you all decided to join! :happy:

Weigh in once a week (you choose the day). Please use this format when doing your weigh in:

    Moving my "sign up" info to this thread so I'll know what I started at when I weigh on Friday!

    SW as of 09/29 (my last weigh in from September): 207.4
    Goal for October: 204
    Self-Challenge: Exercise at least 1 hour a week total

    So I can find this again, here are my stats!

    Goal: Work out at least 5 times a week (Go to a class, take a walk, follow a video, etc.)

    NSV: I can now fit into an outfit my husband had bought me for my birthday five years ago. I haven't been able to wear it for four years!

    My personal challenge: I will not analyze every little thing or feel guilty about trivial matters. I will simply ENJOY LIFE as it comes, each day of October. I will not feel guilt or shame for being happy.

    Personal challenge- Complete the 30 Day Shred (almost to level 2 yay!) and then continue to work out every day even if it's only 15 minutes. Need to keep moving!!

    My starting weight for October 134.5 (as of 9/30)
    My personal goal for October 129.5
    My personal self-challenge for October is to drink more water, a lot more water and to increase my weekly exercise time and intensity!

    So far so good! I am so excited. I weigh in on Fridays.

    For my reference

    Starting weight Saturday Oct 1 was 185 lbs
    My goal weight for the end of October is 179 lbs
    My exercise goal is 5 times a week for 30 min.
    I will not count the time I spend with my shelties doing agility training.

    My Goal for October - 136 lbs
    My personal self-challenge for October - work out 3 days a week

    I still weigh the same 144lbs and I just worked out once last week maybe thats why. I will try to aim for 3 times per week. I am doing the wii biggest loser and have lost quite a bit with that I just have to keep it up.

    My personal self-challenge: Work out at least 5 to 6 days a week. Plan my meals for the day so I don't stray and eat unhealthy stuff and drink a lot of water.

  • Hello! How is everyone doing? I am feeling great! I have implemented walks during my lunch hour, and have just ordered Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred! I am very excited!!!

    ** Current weight 150lbs, I'm down 4lbs!! :) Yay! ** Drinking herbal tea with a little honey instead of eating a bag of chips at night is really helping.. go figure! lol

    Tomorrow I am going out of town for a wedding. I am planning on eating and drinking, and although in moderation, probably more than I should! I am hoping to start 30DS on Monday.

    Still not drinking enough water, it's too cold for water! Considering a very challenging week I am amazed at the 1# loss!! I know I need help staying motivated. Feel free to add me!
