My fitbit told me to take a rest today, because I did 25,000+ steps yesterday 😂

Glad to hear your journey led you to this achievement! I had a similar thought after I got my dimples back recently after my weight loss journey. Very refreshing to see it again, and I hope your feelings were similar!
For me, another NSV was being able to feel my jaw again after years of it being covered up. I didn't start shaving until I was in college and actually had facial hair. By that point, I had gained a lot of weight, and so I had pretty straight edges to shave. This year, while I was in the midst of my weight loss, I was noticing that patches of hair would be growing right under my jaw and under my chin. I thought it was because it would grow quicker than other areas of my face, until I realized that my razor was having a hard time getting into that area. I was able to actually see my jawline again for the first time in several years, and it gave me a huge confidence boost.7 -

I've done nearly 120,000 steps in the last week and 30,000 yesterday. My weight hasn't moved in a while, but in the last week I've lost 5 and a half pounds. I feel like I'm finding doing it right! :)

My mum saw me from behind today, and said my legs were looking skinny!

went to a woman’s group today and three people said my skin is really nice and glowing (I’ve been trying to eat healthier and drink a lot more water) and then someone asked when I was due, OPPs.

I'm on Week 6 of my 12 week walking program. I had to repeat one week...it has actually taken me 7 weeks. I love having the discipline of sticking to my program…my average is 5800 steps 4x per week right now...next week I walk 5x. My NSV is that I am sticking with my program and focusing on doing my best each week! If I don't get in all my walks…I restart my week over the following week. For me, it's nice not to feel like I'm "racing" to the finish line but able to enjoy this one day at a time! 😊 Once I eventually finish....I have a general direction for the following 12 weeks. I am treating this with the same discipline as a school semester. 👊

Over 4 months ago I purchased a dress online in a large size thinking it would be roomy. I could barely zip it up. I was afraid if I sat down I would burst out of the dress. I had an event the other night and hadn't tried on the dress since I purchased it. After being dedicated to watching what I ate and exercising, the dress fit and was actually a little roomy which is how I thought it would fit to begin with. Bonus, I had a lot of compliments on the dress.

I bought some pants on sale from my favorite site in a size 12 back in June- used to wear a size 26W from the same site (these don't say W on them, so not sure if they are regular 12 or W 12.)
I thought they were my usual style, turns out they are skinny fit/spandex pants. I put them on today, and they fit well, I can even put my finger in at the waistband. And, I didn't have a muffin top with them. 😆 Yes, they are snug, but are meant to be that way, unlike my usual clothes.
I already got a positive comment on them at work today.

I can't wear my size L shirts anymore to work/shop, they're too baggy and look bad. I've been wearing a M for several months or nearly a year, but I've been hanging onto a couple L t-shirts because they're comfy… now, not so much.
I almost need to replace my wedding band again. Thankfully it's a <$20 tungsten carbide band so it's not a big deal to replace (and I still have my original in my jewelry box). It's annoying when I'm out and go to dry my hands and nearly lose my ring in the paper towel. This will be new ring number 5, down from a 10 to a 7.5. Same size my ring finger was when I was younger. :)
I can zip my "goal size" pants (a pair of 29" waist 100% cotton (no stretch) Levis) if I lay on the bed. 😂 Getting close though!

@vikkievans1 - Congratulations! That reminds me of how I used to lay on the bed to zip up those jordache jeans back in the 80's…hehehe.
