Just joined this site today, but not new to changing my lifestyles. Note I did not say "dieting" - because I DO strongly feel that I am not dieting, I am learning how to take care of my body properly.
I am an avid cyclist. I road, xc mountain, and downhill mountain bike. When I am healthy and season is peak, I ride 4-5 times a week, averaging 90 minutes of cardio per ride. Thats a lot of cardio
I've also recently started working with a personal trainer three times a week. I quickly lost 7% body fat and am LOVING it.
I also have been working with an Ironman triathlete who is a nutritionist and owns his Max Muscle franchise re-teaching me how to eat. I am LOVING it.
Now I am here for the support, to watch my overall calories and have one place to centralize my journaling.
