10/05 โ 186.0 โ (Trend Weight โ 184.4) Itโs been a horrible undisciplined week which included everything from devil-may-care behaviors that donโt serve me to emergency feeding frenzies during severe diabetic sugar drops. However, the exercise has been excellent this week and the addition of so much fall yard work that never seems to end is helping to burn many calories. I must not get complacent though. Weight loss begins and ends in the kitchen and you cannot outrun (or out-rake) the fork!
๐๐๐๐๐ 10/12 -- 181.8 โ (Trend Weight: 184.2) Wow, nice whoosh. The last time I weighed 181.8 was on Aug 31st for one day only. Then I promptly shot back up to 188 within 48 hours! This is the week in which my original running weekly goal would hit the 170โs for the 1st time this round. Itโs nice to be this close again as it makes me hopeful that I can get there. In the words of Paul Ankaโฆ.โSo closeโฆSo Close and yet so far.โ (To the younger folks out there, heโs a singer and thatโs in one of his songs). In the words of another great old song, โHang on Sloopy, Sloopy hang on!โ
