Monday was not good. I had a bad day at work, I heard something that nobody wants to hear so I was annoyed and upset so I slipped into my old ways eating lots of junk food. Whoops.
Today is a new day though. Feeling like I can get back on track and start again.

I managed a very, very small lose this week down from 137.7lb to 137.3lb, so 0.4lb. I only count in whle lbs though, I thinkmaybe when I get below 137, i may start adding every tiny bit as my weight is coming off very slow these days. I did manage a whole 1% of body fat loss though, all the shredding twice in one days seems to have paid off :)

    TGIF

cdpm im not what will work im hoping by having abreak from dieting and then starting again i can get more motivated as long as i dont go overboard and gain back most of what ive lost im just getting frsutrated with not losing anything excepot the same 3lbs i gain i lose i gain i lose but i never get under the 133lbs and i should be happy i achieved what i set out to do i fit in my old clothes again but im also literally borderline on overweight 1lbs puts me overweight or in normal range so i would love to be in the middle of normal range maybe i will feel more optomistic after my holiday i logged 155days yesterday so i feel like ive been dieting forever now that and chest infection kids gave me and TOM it isnt really a great week motivation wise
i love your optomism tho lets hope it works for me

Well done Monkeysmum. Looking at the progress as a whole it has been great achievement.
I have been hovering around the 11stone mark for a while too and it is frustrating, but like yourself I am only 1 bmi point away from being healthy as well as a few NSV's. Especially the logging - well done :)

thanks i needed that boot in the rear i guess i cant have everything not so long ago i was a couple lbs away from being obese so i need to focus on that and just keep at it at least i know on holiday i will be walking alot on at least 1 of the days i aim to walk from skegness to chapel st lenards thats like a 5mile walk along sea fronts which will be fun and great exercise
il have tea breaks in cafe along the way but no eating junk as its mostly deep fried stuff which makes me feel ill so no temptations i might even be able to come home and lose something as it will be a great kick in the butt exercise wise

Monkeysmum I am totally with you on the frustration front. I have tried everything, but I am not getting very far very fast :( We probs do need to focus on the bigger picture and be happy at how far we have come. BMI wise I am 22, so I am sort of heading down towards underweight according to that. Trust me I am FAAAAR from underweight though :(

    sunday already yuk

bjshooter i know im not underweight too regardless of a bmi reading its the frustration that we cant get them scales to shift under that certain weight and stay there was a long time ago 7st so 98lbs and i liked the size on my frame but i was there in a bad way i lived on coffee and only coffee now as an adult i know i am no way ever going to be there again but i would love to get to between 125-130lbs a nice healthy weight range im tired of being overweight im hoping this couple weeks break and trying to maintain will help alittle and shock my body into being able to lose that and i usually gain some on holidays
