      Amazing transformation! I hear ya on the part about being pissed. I look at my heavy picture and shake my head every time I see it, BUT it is what has made me succeed this far and know that I'll never go back to looking like that!

      I was talking with my employee about how dead myspace was.. so we decided to look at our profiles. Came across some pictures from June 2008...

      wow. I'm happy & pissed at the same time.


      Left - 2008 approx 275lb
      Right - Aug 2011 approx 212lbs

      As of today I'm 207 on my way to 178-185. 178lbs will mark 100lb loss for me.
