Found this..Not sure if anyone else has posted it.
I cam up with 139..which isnt bad cause the doc wants me to stop at 140 and re-evaluate..so losing 1 extra pound..isnt so bad...
Or go here and it will do the math for you...http://www.self.com/fitness/nutrition/calculators/happyWeight
•Step 1 - Multiply your height in inches by itself and and then that number by .031.
66 inches x 66 inches = 4356 x .031 = 135 (This is your weight at a body mass index of 22)
•Step 2 - Multiply the number by .95 if you have a small frame, leave it unchanged if you have a medium frame, and by 1.05 if you have a large frame.
(To determine your frame size, measure around your wrist.
Under 5'2", small frame is less than 5.5
Medium frame is 5.5 to 5.75
Large frame is more than 5.75.
5'2" to 5'5", small is less than 6
Medium 6 to 6.25
Large is over 6.25.
If you are over 5'5", small frame is less than 6.25
Medium is 6.25 to 6.5
Large frame is more than 6.5.
•Step 3 - Add one pound if a sibling or parent is obese.
•Step 4 - Add 2 pounds for each decade you are over age 20.
•Step 5 - Add 5 pounds if you've had any children.
•Step 6 - Subtract 1 pound if you exercise and weight train once a week
2 pounds if you do it three times a week
3 pounds for five or more days a week. - 3
•Step 7 - Add 4 pounds if you smoked at least a pack a day for a year or more and have quit.
•Step 8 - Add 1 pound if you allow yourself a treat now and then.

I don't think that's right. It says my happy weight is 127 and I think it will be a struggle just to get to 140. I have a medium frame so I wasn't supposed to multiply again? *confused*0
-
AH! THIS IS SCARY. 115. I wish!!!!0
-
Interesting. It just so happened to give me 140... which is my goal weight... which is 4 lbs from where I am now.
I'd be interested to see the science behind that.0 -
dang this says i should be 116!
i don't think i'll EVER get to be that skinny!0 -
I think its accurate for some..but not for others..for me its pretty accurate..considering I am over 40 and have kids..its amazing how kids adds 5 pounds..LOL0
-
I get 131. Probably a good goal weight for me.
Thanks!0 -
My weight is perfect.
But, I'm too short.0 -
cool...that was fun!0
-
My happy weight is in my ideal range, but I have set a goal of about 20 lbs. higher. We shall see what happens.0
-
I would LOVE to get somewhere CLOSE to the 158.9 that it gave me, but I haven't been that weight since high school and I don't foresee it happening. 180 is closer to my goal.....But it's kind of fun to play with! I should see about my hubby! heh, being under 300 would be awesome for him!0
-
Great - came out less that 1lb lower than the weight I am usually happiest at from past experience!0
-
Mines 129lb, want to be 122 ish.0
-
This sure is a lot of nonsense math. :flowerforyou:0
-
This says i am at the perfect weight now and i am not, i still have a stone to lose!0
-
Yay, my happy weight is only a pound or two away so I'm pretty happy!0
-
this is pretty accurate. Mine says 127.8 pounds (58.1kg) and my goal weight is 127.6 (58kg)
:-):-):-)0 -
Not great for me! My number came out to be what I was when i started this journey and that was 26 pounds ago! I guess because I am 52, have obese parents, and have had children......it indicates I can be heavier.....but my knees were aching, I didn't have much strength or energy.
Not me! I'm sticking with what makes me happy, which is where I am at now!!
Important to listen to your inner knowing.....0 -
This calculation actually shows only 2 pounds higher than my goal weight...I'll go with it0
-
This was really cool! My happy weight is 117 which is actually the smallest I have been in my adult life (maybe sophomore year of college/age 19). I'm shooting to do better than that and get to 110 but I know 117 looks good on me! Thanks for posting this!0
-
It thinks I should be 124. I think I should mentally be 125, but my body really wants to be about 140. It hates me for making it be this low.0
-
I would need to gain 12 pounds for this to be accurate for me. No thanks!0
-
This would leave me much higher than I'd like to be. :-(0
-
I did this too, and it was way below what my goal weight is. As a matter of fact, it said I should be 143. I have not been this weight since I was in the ninth grade. And that was before finished growing and developing. I was slim then but healthy. I was also slim and healthy when I married at the age of 27 and was around 165. This is my goal weight. I think I would be skin and bones at 143, and I want to feel feminine and curvaceous.0
-
it says just half stone under my goal so I am happy with that one0
-
It says 133 for me. That sounds right. My goal is 140, but I always said that once I get there I will see if 130 sounds doable. So 133 sounds just fine. I will be happy anywhere from 130-140.0
-
I think my mirror and my body have 2 separate happy levels. LOL0
-
Gave me 128 which is ten pounds heavier than I weigh now. XD0
-
This is basically a modified BMI calculation... which is AWFUL.
I would need to be about 163 lbs... which is NUTS. I would have to lose a TON of muscle to hit that weight.0 -
Mine says 126....but my goal is 115...although I'd be really happy with 126 too!0
