I'm still here. Today was may sons 18th b-day, boy do I feel old he is my baby. We went to the casino I stayed with in my calories and I came home with extra $$$$.

Hey, someone stole my signature! Am I on probation or something? I need to talk to Dave198lbs, who by the way My Fitness Pal tight-wads (read: Loosen the Bone Wilma) has been a BIG source of motivation for me during this March Madness.
Yesterday was a GREAT day. The snow finally melted on the ridge of the local hiking hill and I climbed that steep bugger. Earned about 450 bonus calories and had no problems staying within my calories goal. Woke up this morning and stepped on the scale and I'm back where I was before I went on vacation!
I feel like I'm back on track and I'm looking forward to having another GREAT day today. I hope you guys are too. And whoever took my signature, please give it back.

LOL Glad your signature was returned!!! I had a great day yesterday and hopefully today will be awesome!!! I'm going to go out and do some yard work this afternoon and then take the kids to the park when they come home from school.:drinker:0

I finally got my butt back to the walk track today!!! I walked 2 miles!!! :drinker: I had a wonderful day calorie wise, too!:drinker:

no kidding,,,,27th.......it went by scary fast even doing a stretch in the big house.....My Mom's BD is Sunday and while she is 3000 miles away, I may have a special meal but will burn some extra...should make it.

Wow I can't believe the month is almost over. I'm still trying to keep to my calories. I have a few off days that I couldn't get more workouts in. But I think I did okay. Thanks for the Challenge!!!

I'm stuck, too! I've been at 160 since 3/6. I've ramped up my exercise this week and hopefully by Friday, the scale will change!!0 -
The problem I have Becky is that when I ramp up my exercise I'm more hungry. But I'm doing the same thing as you - ramping up the exercise. I know they say you should always meet your calorie minimum so your body doesn't go into starvation mode, but I'm thinking about just for ONE DAY doing 800 calories instead of my minimum 1450. A radical zig zag, if you will. Probably a bad idea. I don't know.0

for me, I have hit plateaus but I just kept going...I did change up my workouts but nothing with the cals,,,,I think for me...my body had to adjust to the new weight as I lost....and sometimes slowed down on the loss.....I am pretty much at a decent weight but I dont weigh myself anymore,,,,maybe just keep going and let your body get comfortable with its current weight,,,,,it took years and years to get where we were,,,,so maybe the body needs more than weeks or even months to adjust..it will happen though0
