    I'll take on the challenge. I have an injury that is not allowing me my usual activity, so I am exploring what to do instead. This will help keep me accountable.

    10/1 3 hour hike carrying 35lbs ~the thing I can't do for awhile :(

    I think I am already falling behind. If I figured right I need to work out an average of 47 minutes 7 days a week.
    I feel like I am straining at about 40 minutes a day. Anybody have any advice for modivation?
