    What do we need to post? Our current weight or a photo?

    I'm not quite sure. I hope this thing works. I'm throwing around ideas in my head right now. If you have any ideas of your own, FEEL FREE to make suggestions!

    Most of the challenges I am in/have been in, there is a certain dy to 'checkin' and that is the day you post you weight to see the progress. I find that one day with a checkin works great.
    Some allow the biggest loser to pick a weekely challenge to do (but that might require a spreadsheet to track all the people and the loss/gains.
    There is one challenge that you make your on ticker to pt in your signature so that everyone knows where you are in the challenge.

    This group will be closed tomorrow at noon. I don't really know what I'm doing because its my first challenge but all I know is that I'm going to work extra hard to drop the weight I need to drop. It's been TOO LONG that Iv'e not done things the right way. Iv'e suffered countless failures to get to this point. I'm ready.

    This thread may or may not stay alive, I really am clueless about the whole "group" process on here.

    Personally I am mostly ok with my water and w/o's my accountability of staying with in my calories and MAJORITY clean up my eating needs help.

    So maybe we can have a daily check in with the basics?

    I am skipping the scale till Halloween. My last weigh in was 161 on Sept 26th.

    In case you didn't get mine, My start weight is 155lbs my goal weight is minus 15 for this challenge by January, soooo 140.

    Here I am and I am totally committed..TOTALLY!
    My starting weight is 195 (damn I hate seeing that # in print)
    My ultimate goal is to be much healthier, sexier and happier so that is probably going to be a number somewhere around 150.
    I'm 5'7".

  • Ugh, I gained a pound.

    198 last week, 199.2 this week. Weight-loss can be confusing. They said it's just water retention. Onward!
