      Yes well Spanx are a beautiful thing...lol...Honestly I do abs about 3 days a week, but I also do three days of lifting free weights that are heavy, this has been the biggest improvement to reshaping. I try to do some form of cardio almost daily, on the days I lift I do less, however on the days that I do not, if time provides I do an hour of cardio. But honestly I think it will depend on body type more than anything.
