So I was playing Dance Central for 2 hrs. last night and went thru all the songs. Half of the time was yesterday and half today since it hit midnight. Should I log half for each technical day? Or put all for either yesterday or today? Does it really matter? Just wondering, thanks!

It shouldn't matter which way you log it. Your body recognizes calories in/calories out, and your weight will reflect what you have done regardless of how it's logged.
  • I try to log all my calories and activities for one day "before I go to sleep" just to keep things sorted.

But ... honestly: I don't think it matters at all! :-)))

    Keep on dancing!!!

:flowerforyou: I would put it all on yesterday, but that is just me.

I consider the hours between when I sleep my "day". So since you did all that before you went to sleep for the night, I would consider it the previous days exercise instead of breaking it up into two days.
