Good job everyone!!! Not quite 1 lb for me, but I will take it!! It was my birthday this week, so I did a lot of bad eating. Not really over my calories, but bad eating!!!! Hope to have a big loss next week!!0 -

hope this will get the motivation started,,,but I just love to eat, especially at night...

have bene eating only fruit and veggies...and bread :-)
