I'm setting a small target compaired to most of you, but I'm still learning to run without collapsing in a puffing panting heap, plus I'm out of the country for part of the month (still hoping to run a little tho, if it's not toooooo hot :-) ) Still it's the taking part that counts, right??? :-)0 -

Way to go! That's totally the right attitude. Set a goal that is meaningful and challenging to you, regardless of anyone elses goals. If it gives you that slight little push/accountability to get you moving, this has totally worked! Good luck!0 -
