What's the one thing you couldn't live with out?

Real sugar and real cream in my coffee - and lots of it!!! I have cut back from 3 fat and sugar laden coffees a day to 1 doppio espresso every Sunday with my daughter. Other coffees are restricted to when I feel a headache coming on or if I need one to stay awake till the end of my nightshift. I'm slowly cutting back on the sugar in them.0

Cokes, mountain dew, dr pepper, well...pretty much any kind of soda! I'm having the hardest time trying to kick the habit. I've been coke free for 3 days now though!
Pasta is a biggie for me too. But today we went to one of my favorite restaurants that has the best Cajun chicken pasta and I fought my urge to order it and had grilled chicken and broccoli.0 -
Chocolate-covered pretzels!!
Peanut butter!
Chocolate-covered pretzels dipped in peanut butter!!!
ANY combo of chocolate and peanut butter!!0 -
If we're talking food wise, anything sweets -- cake, ice cream, cupcakes, cookies, shakes. I loooooove sweets. Give me dessert over an actual dinner any day. If I HAD to give up sweets, I could...but it would be really, really hard.0

Ice Cream and fancy coffee drinks!! I haven't had any in almost 6 weeks, decided to cut them out completely for a little while (can I can go WAY overboard with them). My birthday is coming up the end of the month....I plan on celebrating with a Starbucks VENTI mocha frappuccino with whipped cream!!! yum I can't wait!0

I thought it was pizza, but I don't believe I've had any since I restarted MFP last week of August. I'm not even trying to avoid it. It just hasn't come up and I don't feel at a loss for it.0

I am also a big mayonnaise fan. I have something of a "fat tooth".
fat tooth! I like it!0 -
I'm a huge Burger man. Not to mention I love adding Bacon to my burgers. I'm not good at stopping myself from ordering them or staying away from them. I know in my mind I'm wrecking my diet and progress but just the word burger makes me salivate and I cave in.
I tryed Going Vegan and lasted about 6 days and burger king came out with the california whopper, needless to say "1 step forward, 5 steps back"0 -
I love Pizza...but man I only just realised how many calories it contains, not too bad if you are having an occasional slice but I would do a whole pizza easy! lol0

Mushroom & swiss burgers (no mayo, I use to like it but I just don't anymore). I use to eat the whole burger with fries. Now I only can eat half of one and a couple of fries, so no need to drop it completely. It's all about portion control imo.0

Cheese on everything & pasta! In the past, if I could I would eat pasta almost everyday, so much so that my Hubby said "Can we have something besides pasta for dinner once in a while?" Obviously, I hadn't noticed!
So now instead of putting cheese on everything in sight & having pasta everyday, we have pasta once or twice a week. I've switched to low-fat cheese & use it sparingly!
Indeed, if you deny what you like completely you are doomed to fail. Moderation is the key!

Cheese. I refuse to even try to cut it out of my diet, I don't want a life without cheese. And it's got to be full fat too. I just make sure to weigh how much I'm having and add it to my calories.0

I can't give up any of the stuff I like- pizza, alcohol, pasta, etc. Moderation is key for me.0

Coffee,and I don't. I just drink it black.
But I have done no baking...and my family misses it. Need to get to my next milestone first.0 -
Dark chocolate, beer, & Thai food!! Everything in moderation0

I eat chocolate EVERY DAY! And, yes, I still lose weight. I give myself a 100 calorie chocolate allowance. That's 3 Hershey kisses, 2 York Peppermint Patties (mini), 2 bite size Snickers, one small chocolate chip cookie, etc....
If I deny myself chocolate, I'll fall off the bandwagon and binge on tons of it. If I have my few little pieces, I savor them and continue eating healthy the rest of the day!
Have you tried te new skinny cow candies. Delicious and 110-120 calories0
