I have had a horrible couple of weeks (well like the last 6 actually) but the end of this month is my 1 year anniversary of joining myfitnesspal and making the life changing move to become more healthy. I am determined to be below 151 before my 1 yr. anniversary!! I will do this!!!!0 -

5 weeks at 148. I upped my calories from 1200 to 1400 to see if that would help, this is the 2nd week of increased cals and still nothing. I did have high calories both Satuday & Sunday, so curious what will happen this week by dropping back to 1400. I figure I'll still be 148. Taking a mini-vacation with my hubby this weekend for our 18th anniversary so will have high calories again. If I don't gain I'll be happy, but would much prefer a loss!0 -

Great work to everyone that remembered to post their weights. I wanted to share some exciting news....I am expecting! I will still continue to run this challenge. This month will be the last month though that I am actually doing my weigh ins. Instead after that I will just be creating the spreadsheet and here for support.
Our biggest losers this week are....
Jah7700 Is our biggest loser so far. He has lost 4 pounds in the last 10 days! ---Please post our optional weekly challenge.
2nd/3rd place is a tie between ME (bmfrazie) and JayOhwhy with both of us dropping 2.4 pounds!! The tie is cleared out by the % of BW. I am at 1.81% of my body gone and JayOhwhy is down 1.42%
Way to go everyone! Keep up all your hard work!

What about something like 300 (more or less) squats (or something else) a night? Or a challenge to make sure everyone is getting at least 30 minutes of exercise a day (checking in)? Just throwing out some ideas0 -
