OK, I'm out for a full week of Vacation/work travel, May or may not get to log in, but will probably not get much quality exercise done, keep up the great pace everyone!0

This sounds like fun! Please do this again in November so I can join. Quick question: there is no place for me to swim. What would you guys reccommend as a replacement? If I get to join next time, I'm planning on using a stationary bike in the gym (too cold to ride in November) but can't seem to work the swimming piece out.0
