    GOOD MORNING MY LOVELY WENCHES

    Hope you're all feeling FABULOUS today!! What a brilliant start to week 2!! Jill and I are so proud of you and really impressed at your drive & determination! WE ARE A GREAT TEAM :bigsmile:

    So, today's challenges are:

    PLAN A (Low Impact)

    2 sets of 20 Sitting or Standing Jumping Jacks (while standing or remain sitting do the upper part of a jumping jack with your arms out to your side quickly point them above your head almost touching then quickly return to the position with both arms out at your side),
    3 sets of 20 Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes,
    3 sets of 20 Kicks ,
    3 sets of 20 Side Bends. 
    Walk for 10 - 15 minutes.
    AND - ONE exercise from Plan B

    or

    PLAN B (Mid Impact)

    2 sets of 15 swimmer presses,
    2 sets of 15 wood chops,
    2 sets of 21’s,
    2 sets of 15 lawnmowers
    AND - ONE exercise from Plan C

    or

    PLAN C (High Impact)

    3 sets of 15 Swimmer’s Presses,
    3 sets of 21’s,
    3 sets of 15 Dumbbell Chest Fly’s,
    3 Sets of 15 Lawnmowers,
    3 sets of Tricep Kickbacks,
    3 sets of 15 Woodchops,
    20 Pushups (modified if needed) +
    2 Extra Miles jog, walk,run

    AND WEEK TWO TEAM CHALLENGE - Each person is to do 300 Crunches extra for the week. Let’s burn that belly fat away! *Feel free to do these exercises in sets if you are unable to do them all at one time. Please do your best as you are much stronger than you believe.

    Having a fantastic day so far, got the baby back to sleep and walked 4 miles (with Leslie Sansone, doing Her ABtober Callenge) before breakfast, heading to the gym after lunch then hopefully swimming tonight. Will get my daily exercises in at some point today. Hope everyone has a fantastic day.

    Ladies, ladies, ladies!!! What a great day to be a WENCH!!! :devil:

    Did everybody pick an exercise that bumped them up just a little bit today?? It felt GREAT, right?? You accomplished it!!

    My day today....

    Cals....Under
    Water....over
    All challenge exercises....check...ummm, with the exception of the extra 2 miles...I'll have to get on that tomorrow after my body pump class! It's not as hard on my feet as the Turbo Kick class is, so I'll save that one!!

    Crunches....200...I'm DONE with that for the week!! ;)

    Keep it up, ladies.....it's tough, but it all pays off in the end!!! Hugs to you all!!

    Posting early because we are having horrible winds and might lose power.

    Under cals - DONE (will be haven't had supper yet but i still have 1300 calories left so shouldn't be a problem)
    Water - DONE (on my 8th glass at the moment)

    Will check back in when I get home from swimming if I have power

    My new personal trainer kicked my butt big time today, plus he told me to go really low carb for the next 2 weeks. So will see how that goes.

    Hello ladies!

    Sorry to say I did not complete my exercises...got a little light headed so I didn't want to push my luck, and have hubby find me between the wall and the treadmill! LOL!

    I was able to get half of them done - and my extra exercise was the tricep kickbacks.

    Plan B:
    1 set of 15 Swimmer’s Presses
    1 set of 21’s
    1 Set of 15 Lawnmowers
    1 set of 15 Woodchops
    1 set of 15 Tricep Kickback

    Walked 2 miles on the treadmill

    So, today.....

    PLAN A (Low Impact)

    2 sets of 20 Wall Pushups
    3 sets of 21's
    3 sets of 8 - 12 Swimmer's Presses
    150 punches
    and today you need to walk for 10 - 15 minutes. Remember you will need to walk one more than you did yesterday!

    or

    PLAN B (Mid Impact)

    1 minute bear walk
    50 Squat Kicks
    50 Jumping Jacks
    50 Crunches
    50 Split Squats
    1 mile walk, jog, run

    or

    PLAN C (High Impact)

    5 minute bearwalk
    50 Toe Touches
    50 Crunches
    50 Jumping Jacks
    50 Split Squats (don’t feel like you have to jump)
    50 Squat Kicks
    25 Burpees, and
    25 Windshield Wipers.

    AND

    It is rainy and miserable here in Maryland today and tomorrow. My daughter goes to an adventure camp called north bay in chesapeake bay next week I have to get all the gear for kayaking etc for her hopefully will keep logging and exercising.

    Here's my favorite part--my daughter helped me re-measure myself tonight. Since July 25th I've lost 4 inches from my waist (measured at navel) and 3 1/2 inches from my hips. 1 1/2 inches from my thighs, and 5 1/2 inches from my belly (measured at 2" above navel). No wonder my jeans fall off unless i wear a belt!! I knew I was loosing weight (41 pounds so far), but this really made me understand that i am actually doing it. :bigsmile: :bigsmile: :bigsmile: :bigsmile: :bigsmile:
