i couldn't work out today as i had planned - started new medication this morning ( friday ) and it really caused some major effects in my body- so there was no workout possible.
Had intention to go hiking saturday ( today am ) will see if i can wake up early enough for it since stupid me - stayed up all night- could be from those medication too.. it takes some time to get used to them- that's what i was told.
