Not too bad considering I had surgery a month ago and just started last week really watching and logging what I eat and been able to exercise some. Bring on the new month!!0 -

This past week, melbel85 lost the most with 3.3lb! She also lost the most all month with a total of 6.2lb!!

BAD MONTH! Sorry guys, I was not good this month. I've lost 35lbs and I'm at a stand still lately since I haven't been able to keep on track. I lose 5, then teeter around the same spot for a while. November will be a year since I've started losing my weight. I need MOTIVATION. My 15 year reunion is Nov 25th, you would think that would be enough!0 -
