    Not too bad considering I had surgery a month ago and just started last week really watching and logging what I eat and been able to exercise some. Bring on the new month!!

    up a pound from last week which makes me sad but oh well. Its going to happen so I need to just move on and keep on keeping on!!

    Hi.. is it too late to join this group?? The others are either closed or just don't fit my needs.. and since I'm a mother.. and need to loose at least 20 lbs but maybe more.. I figured this was the best group for me :)

    Week 3= 201-YUCK!!!! Really getting angry!!!
    Week 4= 201-again!! (tom so I guess it could be worse)

    Total Weight Lost=2 lbs-but have lost an inch off both hips and waist!!! Very happy with that!!!

    This past week, melbel85 lost the most with 3.3lb! She also lost the most all month with a total of 6.2lb!!
    As a whole, we have lost 26.7lb this month! Great job, yall!

    BAD MONTH! Sorry guys, I was not good this month. I've lost 35lbs and I'm at a stand still lately since I haven't been able to keep on track. I lose 5, then teeter around the same spot for a while. November will be a year since I've started losing my weight. I need MOTIVATION. My 15 year reunion is Nov 25th, you would think that would be enough!
