Okay so my mom bought me a 10 lb kettle ball about 2 weeks ago. I brought it with me to college. I do a few things with it but I would really LOVE it if i have an instructional video. Like I LOVE TurboJam/TurboFire and those types of intructional vids. Are there any FREE ones that are on the internet that I can do before or after my cardio?? Thank you so much guys!!
Hope you have a good and healthy rest of the day!
OH!! Or if there are any really cheap ones in Walmart or somewhere. I didn't really see any in Walmart but i could be mistaken!

google "Art of Strength" and check out their videos. No hype, an no celebrity trainers using sh!tty form. Rock solid workouts that will kick your *kitten* and make you an ANIMAL!0

O.O Thank so much for the ideas! Definitely will be trying some out tonight0

+1 for Art of Strength. And ABSOLUTELY stay far, far away from anything from Jillian Michaels or that Bob Harper guy from The Biggest Loser. Absofrigginglutely horrible form that will do nothing but get you seriously injured.
Also check youtube for anything by Pavel Tsatsouline or Steve Cotter (although a lot of people put Steve's name on their videos just to get more views I guess)0 -
pleased I spoteed this post - new to kettlebells just bought a set, and need some good beginners advice and can look out for some fitness kettle dvds now.0
