(What I consider) a NSV.

I planned out my breakfast- oatmeal, a fiberone granola bar, and a yogurt. Well, I finished the oatmeal and bar and have no desire to eat my yogurt! Too full! AHH MY STOMACH IS SHRINKING! YESSSSSSSS. Finally, I don't need to eat all of the things!
It's gonna be a good day.
