Ooops, posted in wrong Forum... Okay, let's try this again!
I looked, but not sure if anyone has tried this recipe yet...and I wanted to share. Freakin delicious!!! I got it from Food.com. You can change it up, add more toppings, but remember to add in to get the right counts on carbs/calories. I made a big pan last night that came out with16 pieces, refrigerated some, and froze the rest in little sandwich bags to grab for later.
Oh and each piece came out to be 186 calories and 2.4 carbs or 2.2 net carbs (I count net carbs). Hope you enjoy!!

When you are low carb the only worry about fat you need is the type of fat. (PUFA's are bad, Saturated and MUFA are much healthier)
I have tried numerous primal pizza crusts and have had a hard time with them (just don't enjoy coconut flour cooked - almond is a bit better). How did the crust turn out?0 -
that sounds really good......also if you have a hankering for pizza and want to forgo the carbs, but don't have the time to make one... Donatos has a crustless one that is pretty darn tasty.....0

It's soft, but not mushy. I leave mine in a little longer to help it brown a little more.0

I needed a recipe like this to satisfy my pizza craving in a low carb way. Thank you!0

My only question was the fat content of the product...
And unfortunately, saturated fats in my unique situation ARE bad for me.
I know all about MUFA's... Ive got 14 years in both healthcare and culinary...0 -
This looks great! I use the 2% milk mozzarella to reduce the fat but I love cheese!0
