Another Biggest Loser!

Hi. This is me starting my first challenge. I am in a few, but I would like to start my own Biggest Loser because it sounds like fun and I have missed out on other opportunites! This is your chance to get involved and motivated too. It will be tons of fun, I promise!!

There will be weekly challenges, starting on Monday, weigh-ins, tips, etc. If you would like to join please do so by Monday! In order to join you MUST post :
Start Weight
Your Ultimate Goal Weight
Goal Weight by January 1st (when this challenge ends).

Also, you must write down your calorie goals (intake daily approx and exercise weekly or daily, whichever you prefer). This helps so I can get an idea of everyone routines and whatnot! Add me if you are joining as soon as you do. Here is a nifty badge I made. As soon as I see if anyone is actually interested I will post more about this challenge! Let's do this people!!

    Post the numbers as a starter! Gotta see what my numbers look like for people joining!

    Weigh-ins are going to be every other friday. This friday Counts as the first! The next weigh- in will be Oct 28.

    I want to join! I'm doing a Biggest Loser (BL) competition at my gym, but it ends Dec 8th, so this will be extra motivation to make it through the Christmas eating!

    SW/CW: 147
    UGW: 125-ish
    GW by Jan 1: 130 (-20 lbs from my gym BL starting)

    My daily calorie goal is NET 1200-1300 and my goal is to get at least 30 mins of exercise 6 days a week.

    Looking forward to seeing if other people are interested!

    Calorie intake might change as of next week, right now I am in 1200-1380 calories per day.

    Starting next week I'll be doing 4 days of strength training + 30/40 minutes of cardio, 2 days of pure cardio and then a day off.

    Sure. I would like to give it a try. I've never been part of a MFP challenge so hopefully it'll help meet my goals!

    My bio: I'm a mother of 2 girls (2 & 6) and work full time. I workout at lunch time. I do martial arts (Kickboxing) on Monday/Wednesday/Friday. I usually do weight training or a Combat (cardio) class on Tuesday, Thursday and Sundays.
    My day off is Saturday. I like to workout, it's my therapy.

    Food wise, I'm usually pretty good but I occasionally cave-in to Bear Paws or any children treats we may have around the house. I appreciate constructive feedback on my food diary. This is the part that needs improvement!

    Stats:
    SW: 163
    January 1st Goal Weight: 150
    Daily Calorie Intake: 1400-1800
    Weekly Exercise: 2300 (about 350-400/day)

    Controlling my weekend is usually the toughest for me! Great first mini challenge :)
