    Grew up in the Rochester area, hubby is from Austin (Spam-town), and now we live about 45 mins from St. Cloud/25 mins from Brainerd, by Little Falls.

    Also from MN, though much farther north than most of the other posters :-) it's cool to see so many other people! Love visiting Duluth and the Cities too.

    I've been meaning to start this thread. I am from Oregon but moved to Nevis MN (kinda between Park Rapids and Bemidji) in April. I wore sweats to go running today for the first time in my life! I'm pretty sure someone is going to find me frozen solid in a pasture sooner than later!

    From MN hence the name. Lived all over the state. Grew up in Rochester, went to college in Duluth and Mankato and lived in the Twin Cities before moving out of state. I am planning on moving back next year.
    I went to college in Duluth and finished up some classes in Mankato..small world!

    Crystal ......... OK, but that was 30 years ago.

    I lived in Crystal 30 years ago too! Corner of 52nd and Maryland.

    No way I lived in the middle of that block from..let's see..1995-2002!!! 5231 Maryland. Crazy :)

    Before that Edina for a year, St. Louis Park for a couple of years, but grew up in Golden Valley (UW-Madison for college).

    Now i'm in San Diego though :) I got tired of shovelling!
