Hello everyone;
I was on a weightloss program and recently lost a lot of weight but I still have much more to go so I decided
to join this website for advice, tips and great support to help me finish my journey to a healthier, happier me.
I added progress pictures on my profile in the picture section.. I'm not sure if that's how it works or not haha.
Thanks for reading

Question....I just signed up to this website a few minutes ago. It says I need to eat 1200 a day and I will be walking 3 days a week...do I need to eat back the calories I burned???0
-
No, do not eat back the calories you burn. By eating & burning your daily limit that you have set for yourself will ensure your success.
I work for a weightloss clinic if you are wondering. I lost 90lbs in 7 months using portion control, exercising 5 days a week, drinking 10+ glasses of water a day and making healthy choices when it came to foods but I did not deprive myself.0 -
wow, thats amazing! I need to lose 70 lbs to get to my goal weight. During my pregnancy I gained WAY too much weight...its been 16 months and I still can't lose the weight, I started right after my son was born b/c my cravings had changed back to eating healthy. While i was pregnany I didn't want anything healthy, I forced myself to eat salads and veggies and got sick from it, so at least I tried and now im paying the price. I went to a retail dept store to buy a couple pair of jeans...I almost started crying in the changing room, my son was staring at me so I didn't cry but I can't believe I'm this big, I hate it.
Something HAS GOT TO GIVE!

Veggies & salads can get so bland and boring you have to be creative and make something brand new. You will love it! I can message you a few recipes that will ensure you get your 2 cups of vegetables per meal and needed portion of protein.0

please do, that would be great! Thank you!0
