So I figure for the physical challenge will be....... *drum roll*........100 squats a day or a total of 500 for the week
These of course are above and beyond those that you do in a workout like 30DS or something else. I find I can easily do 25 at a time a few times during the day by just standing up in my cube... Of course I'm leery of people walking by and thinking I'm goofy so I make sure I get them in quickly0 -

I recently had knee surgery so I will modify them and spread the out during the day.....0 -

It is finally the weekend! I don't know about anyone else, but I tend to slack on the weekends. I challenge anyone willing to, to not only do the 100 squats a day but to add pounds in your hands...it can be a can of soup or a 10 lb dumbbell. I find squats with no resistance easy, so I added a 10lb weight in each hand last night and it really made a difference. So, who is up for this!? I am so fired up to shed the last 20lbs by Christmas...I know I can do it...I hate failure0

OK, so I knew that would happen because of going away for the weekend with my hub for our 18th wedding anniversary. I'm hoping it's water and will go away the next few days. I am upping my calories again. Had been at 1200, 9/28 I went to 1400 in an effort to break a plateau of 148 which hasn't helped. So now I'm going to 1600 for a few weeks and see what happens.0 -
