3500+ Calories Burned Challenge 10/17 - 10/23

Welcome everyone to the 3500+ calories burned challenge. This is a weekly challenge to meet 3500+ calories burned, it is open to everyone. You set your own calorie goal for the week. Each day post the calories you burned, current total and how many you have to go. That's it, not too hard, other then push push pushing yourself to hit your goal. Everyone is such and inspiration on this challenge. Keep up the good work for the people returning and welcome to the newbies.

Here is the daily update format.

    I'm in again. Last week I did 5083, so I due to a busier work week I am going to make my goal at 4500

    3500 is only 500 per day or 700 5 times a week.

    I checked my MFP history and I tend to burn 3,200 a week so this would be a great way to push me a little further. I'm in!

    I made 3000 with poorly kids this week so hopefully i can do 3500 this time!

    I'm in again. I burned just under 5000 last week, but I'll be going to a conference this weekend. I'm going to set my goal at 3500 (most of my calories are burned during my Saturday classes...). Happy burning everyone!

    I signed up last week but the flu knocked me out. I'm still weak but if I can recover enough strength to mountain bike by Friday I think I can do it. Here's hoping!

    I'm in!! But as im just getting back into exercise I'm going to start low at 2000 and try and work my way up!! Let's see if I can do it.
