I am proud today to say that for the very first time in my life:
I did not give up on the treadmill after 30 minutes.
I did not get annoyed or bored, or come up with some lame excuse.
I did not look at the time and say "oh well, that's enough for today."
AND...drumroll please.......
I ran 4.89 miles tonight! It took some time, but I did it! I feel fan - frickin- tastic!
I've been humming the theme to Rocky for an hour now!
Keep at it everyone!
If me: a former smoker/couch potato/and generally hater of exercise can do it, so can you!
May you all hum the theme to Rocky!
