Even in passing (not necessarily at a bar or gathering) will you give a complete stranger a compliment, a look, wink whatever.

    Today I was riding my bike and had a dirty thought or something so I smiled and this guy riding by me gave me this big smile...It made my day~I don't usually flirt on purpose unless I have intentions though ^^

    I smile all the time but when I see someone checking me out and they are hot...something comes over me and I can't control it, I smile back and even get caught looking back at them at times... I don't talk to them at all, just glance, smile, glance again, giggle and I'm on my way. :0)

    I disagree... I don't ever think flirting is harmless. There is some intention there on one side or the other. It may not be both, but I would bet one side has some thoughts in the flirting scenario. That said... If I flirt there it is because I'm attracted to that person, so there's intentions to some degree.
