    My grocery store has this super-cool machine next to the kiwi in the produce section. It peels them for you in the store! That way, when I get home, I just pick one up and eat it!

    I eat the kiwifruit, never eaten a kiwi bird before.
    Kiwifruit, I just eat it like an apple, meaning I eat the whole thing, including the skin (yay for extra fiber).

    I bought a kiwi fruit last week and got a special kiwi spoon free with it It cuts, slices and scoops. Been eating them for years but never seen one of these. From company called Zesti (UK)

    As a New Zealander, I automatically assumed this thread was about eating Kiwi birds lol. We call them kiwi fruit here, to avoid confusion. I've never met a New Zealander who disliked the label "kiwi" either, we take pride in it. Kiwi fruit are so cheap here at the moment, 99cents a kg! I love eating them with cereal and yoghurt :D
