sure can. we weigh in on tuesday mornings. tomorrow is the beginning of our new 6 week challenge. they last for 6 weeks. tomorrow morning just copy/paste list add your name to the list and put in your info. most of us shoot for a goal of 10-20% of what we still have to lose.

my goal this challenge will be to get to my 2nd goal since beginning the weight loss. the last time i saw 196 was when i got preg with the kids. and when shanell & i lost weight on ww years back. would like to see that number again.
come on shanell you can do this. you haven't given up yet. maintaining through the rough times is a good thing. you control the food the food doesn't control you........

(i didn't eat well this weekend but last night i kicked my butt at the gym). :bigsmile: tonight i am going to a Bruins game for one of my friends b-day's soooo that will be a challenge... beer + nasty food.... yum... BUT I am determined to stay within my calories :drinker: (I already factored in 2 beers) :blushing: but that's okay... it is one night of fun... and if I can stay within my calories even better!!!! hope you ladies are having a great day!!! em0

I am here! I am here. I am not feeling well but at the same time I am ready for this new challenge. I am still feeling the effects of the anesthesia. I was informed it can give you a "hang over" type feeling. Well, I have it. Headache, nausea, etc. I stopped taking the pain meds as they just mess with my tummy way too much. Plus(TMI) they stop me up bad.
I am being a bit brave with my goal. I know 13 pounds is alot to lose in 6 weeks but I must kick it into gear. Plus, I have some serious energy tucked away that is ready to be released as soon as I feel good!

Hey ladies... Its that TOM for me so I don' t know where I literally stand. But that's my weight for the beginning of this challenge. WE can do this.

Well I had a long day at work today... came home to do a step video for 40 minutes. Then I cooked spinach, cabbage and squash (baked) for dinner. I'll cook some meat tomorrow.

Today I finally got the scale in that I ordered, and it turns out that I weigh 171 now. Last time I was weighed was about a month ago at the doctor's office, which is where I got the 174 from, so should I just have 171 for my weigh-in today then? If I do, I think I want to change my goal weight to 161 then.

Good Morning Ladies
How are you? Well this morning, I am off to a good start. I did Level 2 of the shred video. 20 additional crunches and I've eaten an apple.
Yesterday was the last day of my fast so I'm worried because I can eat more foods now. I haven't planned to eat anything today beyond popcorn and fruit because My friend's birthday dinner is tonight.
I will log everything though.

Woah it has been over 4 days since I checked in with you wonderful ladies!!!!
To explain myself, this past weeekend was my birthday weekend and I had to make my cake, and ALL of my food at my mums house plus my best friend drove in from Maine with her bf and stayed with the bf and I. So it has been crazy busy, and crazy unhealthy... T_T I ate a lot of unhealthy foods and pretty much got zero exorcise. So I didnt meet any goals at all. sigh.. not good for my first week on this.. in fact it is rather sad.. T_T
