10/16 - 7.4 mile run, 0.8 mile walk after that.
10/17 - 2.1 mile walk (shorter than normal...penance for yesterday's run apparently)
10/18 - 4.0 mile run
10/19 - 1.35 mile walk
10/20 - 3.4 mile run
10/21 - 1.6 mile walk
Total for the week: 20.65 miles
That's it for me for the week. DEFINITELY can't do the 3 mile walk every lunchtime for now with the running I've been doing.0 -

It's the one benefit of not having a car. I walk or take the bus everywhere. Most of the time I have to walk 0.7 mile just to get to the bus stop, so they really add up after a while.0 -
Oops forgot to update yesterday. Was at 15 for the week, did another 2 on the arc. at 17! Gonna make it to twenty this week, I can feel it!!0

Ran 5 miles today..Have to check to see if that's 15 miles...I never ran that much outside before, only on my treadmill,so I kicked some BUTT today..I have my first 5k next Sunday..A little nervous but I know I can do it !!

Thanks wbgolden for the encouragement! The weather here in northern Ohio has been nothing but rain rain and then more rain.
The sun finally came out today so I took advantage before it rains again and back on the treadmill I go.
And yes with my 5 mile run today that takes me to 15.75 for the week!! Day off tomorrow.
