I think that it should be labeled as nutrient dense rather than negative calories foods. Like jellybaby points out, everything has calories. Most of what was listed is a remarkably good source of vitamins, minerals, phytochemicals, antioxidants, and everything else we need to eating more of. Well, everything but the terrapins. Just my 2cents.0
