I have 1 week to lose 1.4 lbs. I will be honest, I have not been pushing myself to work out!! I know I could be losing so much more if I gave at least an hour a day .. So, my goal this week is to work out 60 min a day and burn, burn, burn those calories!!!

Hey everyone!
I completed my first day of Fruit and Vege JUICING! It wasnt too bad (YET) because I was at home and there are very little distractions. Has anyone else done a Fruit and Vege Juice fast for a reboot?? Or has anyone incorporated it into their daily routine for the health benefits? Im interested to hear some feedback0 -
Uggh, In the past week, I have gained and lost back 7 pounds of water weight. Frustrating, I am very sodium sensitive, not to mention carbs, so when I get off balance it takes a bit to get back. But, still 3 pounds down this month. Here is hoping that I can get 2 more off this week.0

Well first pound LOST in over 2 months! Now to get back to where i was and beyond! Iv been using my elliptical and its been awesome. I didn't use it this weekend because of work though.
I have a ton of work today ( clean out my garage, store some things in it and clean my whole house ) and then Im planning a walk for tomorrow since Im going to wach house and desperate housewives tonight after dinner and spend some time with my hubby. Hopefully Ill get a little bit of calorie burn by packing all the crap in and out of the truck and packing other stuff back into the garage.0 -

I am struggling to find any challenges for next month, so it would be nice to stick with this one0 -

I didn't weigh in yet, I kept very busy this weekend and forgot all about it this morning...
However, I did buy my Halloween Costume online and it just came. In a size SMALL! Yep, you read that right. I have never been able to wear a small anything and it fits me well. I'm not going to be concerned with all the reviews saying they are sized on the large side, I'm just enjoying it! :devil: It's a super short skirt tho, why would a female super hero not dress more practical? Just saying… doesn’t seem like sensible crime fighting gear to me. But I’m going to rock it anyway (and wear little shorts under in case the wind kicks up!) lol

I'm away from my own scale for another week, and the scale here shows a three pound difference or so. I will be weighing myself as soon as I get back and posting then. I'm really curious as to how I'm doing! Oh well, at least it keeps me from weighing every day.0

Only a few days left to get my act together. I haven't eaten any halloween treats yet (miracle of miracles), but have somehow made up for it with other foods. Sometimes with silly things I don't even normally eat, like crackers...0 -

Only a few days left in October. I hope everyone is losing- WHICH I DID NOT this month. I did a whole lot of gaining because I went of vacation and now I am super busy with work and school.
I've been trying to "JUICE" fruits and vegetables for most of the day and eat only small amount of something for lunch and dinner. I was up like 5 pounds for the month. I'm hoping this helps. I need to be back on track0 -
Hello everyone,
I am still here I just have been soooo busy. I think since school started I have had something almost every night of the week. I also had 2 new infants start my home daycare so work has been really stressful and crazy busy also.
I have not had a great loss nor gain this month. With all the activity and stress I am surprised that I did not gain.
I have not been getting any exercise other than making sure I park far away from wherever I have to be and walking through the parking lot.
Now that fall sports are over maybe I can catch up with everyone and all the posts.
I just started the page for the November challenge. I know it is early but I have a few minutes while the babies are sleeping.

Boo. I had sinus issues for almost 2 full weeks and now I have a chest cold. No Half Marathon Training for me yesterday or today and it's killing me to not get out and run. Wow, did that really just come out of my mouth?! Yes, yes it did! I really enjoy jogging, running, whatever ya wanna call it. I missed 10miles so far of training, but I'm up almost 14 from the first 8weeks, so I'm almost averaged out, but still.
Nothing but, water, oj, oatmeals, soups and chilli for me for the next day or so.
I have my first Halloween 5k with my brother, Tyler (his first!) and I CANNOT miss it. Off to sleep some more.0 -
