Also, I started the challenge with 240 minutes of exercise this month as my goal. Last week, I changed it to 480 because I'd reached the 240 goal. I'm currently sitting at 545 minutes completed!! So my new goal is 700 minutes. :-)

So I gained .5 lbs. I have been super "good" so I do't know what's up. Hopefully it has something to do with the 30 DS and I will lose it again. I am getting discouraged, honestly, as I feel like I am working very hard and have been eating not only under my calories, but eating HEALTHY foods. Oh well...0 -

no W8 loss still, I,m so out of sync & preoccupied with passing this boards so much that i am not focusing. I still workout everyday but its not cutting it.

Update: I did 2 real resistance training days and one of just pull-ups. 2 interval cardio. And managed 4-5 cardio days. Not a great week. But It'll have to do.

Update: Ugh... not a good week for these. I went on vacation out of State. I managed 1 resistance training session, and 5 cardio. Oh, and I'm changing my self-challenge to get rid of interval cardio. I decided recently that I don't need to hate exercise as much as I hate interval cardio.0 -

I had a half pound gain this week eerrrrrr....
I believe I did everything the same as I did the week that I lost 6 pounds, so I don't understand that! Oh well--going to keep doing the right thing and it will catch up, I know!
