what is the 1 exercise you hate to do and why?

Mine is Jumping jacks they make me feel tired real quick and after 2 kids I tinkle a little bit every single time lol

HIIT xD I still do it, but hate every minute of it.
I just want to give up halfway through my sprint. Distance running is my thing :]0 -
I also hate jumping jacks!!! They make my boobs hurt, if it wasn't for my DDD girls I wouldn't have a problem...0

Tinkling while exercising is awesome isn't it? Pee happens though. I don't even notice it anymore lol. Anyway, I hate hate hate single leg deadlift cuz I can barely keep my balance and lose form.0

Strict lunges. I'll do walking lunges or reverse lunges or anything else instead! They just kill my knees. So I modify with something similar.0

Running..too hard on my body and I just can't get into it.0

Anything Jillian Micheals! I just cannot take the aggressive nature sometimes. Makes me want to punch something.....so I decided if I hate it that much, I will not do it. Yes, she gives results, but she is not my preferance at all.0

Jumping Jacks was my first thought! Hate them because of the jiggly fat that moves everywhere and it does tire me out pretty quick too.0 -

I would say running. If I do it outside in the same neighborhood over and over it gets pretty boring.0

I usually really don't feel like running, and sometimes it's miserable 'cause it hurts. But then I get a runner's high.
I hate step aerobics so I never did them again.
I often don't like rowing because it hurts my shoulders and back. Just something about the way I have to sit gets me all tense.0 -

I would say crunches and anything to do with ab work. #SUCKS OAN: i must be #losing because I don't know what half of these exercises yall are naming:(0

I Hate the stupid pull up things my trainer insists on. I have actually offered him extra money if we can skip them because I feel like I'm in grade school again when I do them.0

squats for me. While in high school I tore my MCL and dislocated my knee while playing football. Needles to say they can be painfull.0

Putting on my sneakers and workout clothes and getting my butt out the door :grumble: once I do that, I can do anything but that's always the worst part!
I used to hate running but now I kind of crave it. Can't really think of anything else I dislike over anything though. I CANNOT get into pilates or yoga though. Zzzzzz.0
