I can't seem to lose weight...

I've been trying my hardest but I can't seem to lose weight. Here is an average meal day for me.

Breakfast: IHOP/Denny's - Usually 4 pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, chocolate milk..oh and hash browns.

Lunch: Usually go to McDonaldsor Burger king and get a Double Cheeseburger, Large Fry and a Large Sweet Tea

Dinner: 6 out of 7 days I'm getting Pizza hut or domino's or some type of pizza. Sometimes I get wings and sometimes I get just cheese pizza because all the sausage and pepperoni I add to my suffed crust large seems to be full of fat, I also just drink water for dinner because I heard on the forums as long as you drink water with pizza the fat won't stay in your body.

I think I need to get rid of my chocolate milk for breakfast because I read on here that sugar, even smelling it makes you fat, Make my Fries and Tea Small's for lunch and maybe not get stuffed crust for dinner...

Do you guys think that will help?
